All the images reproduced on the “shop.atipico.it” website, created from the year 2005 onwards, are the property of the company “La Piacentina S.p.A.”.

None of the images reproduced on the “shop.atipico.it” website can be used, published or in any way reproduced, by any means, without the prior written authorization of the company “La Piacentina S.p.A.”.

Upon request, the party concerned should provide all the necessary information so as to allow the company “La Piacentina S.p.A.” to assess the request and, consequently, issue any authorization required.

Authorizations issued may neither be ceded nor transferred, and are provided on a non-exclusive basis, subject to verification of all the necessary pre-requisites and upon payment of any fees due, for one use only, without prejudice to the right of the company “La Piacentina S.p.A.” to revoke same at any time. 

Any use other than that stated by the applicant will be considered unlawful.

Should the website “shop.atipico.it” contain images not owned by the company “La Piacentina S.p.A.”, their use will have been authorized in advance and the images published in compliance with the licenses obtained.
